Conditions of preview
Programs sent out for preview are for professional assessment purposes only. They may not be screened to a class or any other audience unless they have been purchased.
Titles may be ordered on approval for the cost of shipping and handling and is available to qualified education institutions. Preview orders are invoiced with a 100% satisfaction guarantee valid for 30 days from the date of invoice. No claims or returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and are liable for the cost of goods returned damaged, marked and/or scratched.
Payment
U.S. & Canadian Customers - Schools, Districts, Colleges, public libraries, and government Libraries can be billed on Net 30 day terms. Individual consumers, home schools and businesses must pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), pre-paid check, pre-paid money order or direct debit (call, fax or email for our bank account number).
We accept payment by check, electronic bank transfer and credit card (MasterCard and Visa). If paying by bank transfer, please notify us in advance stating invoice number(s), amount to be paid and your name, company or institution. We accept payment in US dollars only.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Sales tax where applicable will be automatically added to the order. Price discrepancies of greater than 5% from a purchase order will be notified before fulfilling the order.
Non-exempt customers are liable for sales tax with their order.

Orders
Orders can be placed by fax, mail, email or Internet and must be submitted on an official order form or letterhead of the ordering party. Phone orders are only accepted upon quoting a valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Shipping and Handling
Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. (Orders from customers in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may choose to have their orders shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.) Orders which are received by 2PM EST and are in stock will be shipped the same business day from New York. Priority shipping or next day delivery is available, please contact us for details.
Please provide a street address for shipping purposes.
- All orders less than or equal to $1,500.00, will be charged 8% of the total order.
- All orders over $1,500.00 will be charged 5% of the total order for shipping and handling.
All shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated for orders placed on the web site and can be viewed on the final Order Summary screen.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Programs will be supplied in good working condition and can be returned if unsuitable within 30 days from the date of invoice.
No returns of any kind will be taken being it for faulty goods, damaged goods, dissatisfaction or incorrect supply after 30 days of invoice.
Customers are liable for the return postage of programs deemed unsuitable.
Customers are liable for the invoice price of a program if returned damaged or deemed un-saleable.
A free post address will be provided for the return of programs received damaged or incorrectly supplied.
DISCLAIMER
VEA (Video Education America) shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to users of the products. Users of products will be responsible for making their own assessment of the information and should verify all relevant representations, statements and information with their own professional advisers.
