Preview or Approval Orders

Titles may be ordered on approval for the cost of shipping and handling and is available to qualified education institutions. Preview orders are invoiced with a 100% satisfaction guarantee valid for 30 days from the date of invoice.

No claims or returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and are liable for the cost of goods returned damaged and/or marked and/or scratched.

You can view 5-minute clips of all VEA titles online. This is an ideal and convenient way to immediately assess video resources and save on postal charges.

There are usually two versions available for each program, one suitable for viewing over a slow (modem) connection to the internet, and the other requiring a fast/broadband, connection. The fast version is of a much better quality.
